Service Description
Our Deep Cleaning service is designed for homes that need more detailed attention than a regular maintenance clean. Your 4-hour booking is focused on the areas that need it most, with priorities agreed before your clean. Deep cleaning may include detailed attention to kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, laundry areas, skirting boards, fixtures and areas with heavier build-up. As every home is different, the amount that can be completed within your booking will depend on the size, condition and level of build-up in your home. A 4-hour booking does not guarantee that the entire home will be completed. This is a cleaning service, not housekeeping. Washing, folding or putting away clothes, decluttering and general tidying are not included. Please have floors and surfaces reasonably clear so your booking time can be focused on cleaning. Oven cleaning, inside fridge cleaning and interior window cleaning are not automatically included and should be arranged separately if required. Mould remediation, hazardous contamination and specialist cleaning are outside the scope of this service.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your cleaning appointment. As a small, owner-operated business, we reserve dedicated time for every client. We kindly require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Requests made within 48 hours will be reviewed individually, and a reasonable cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law. If we are unable to access the property at the agreed appointment time, a reasonable fee may apply. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
