Service Description
Our Maintenance Clean is designed for regular upkeep of your home, rather than deep cleaning. It includes general cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and laundry areas. Ideal for weekly, fortnightly or one-off maintenance cleaning. Please note: this is a cleaning service, not housekeeping. Washing, folding or putting away clothes, decluttering and general tidying are not included. We kindly ask that floors and surfaces are reasonably clear before your clean so we can spend your booking time doing what we do best - cleaning. For homes requiring extra attention, heavy build-up or a more detailed clean, please enquire about our Deep Cleaning service via our website.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your cleaning appointment. As a small, owner-operated business, we reserve dedicated time for every client. We kindly require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Requests made within 48 hours will be reviewed individually, and a reasonable cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law. If we are unable to access the property at the agreed appointment time, a reasonable fee may apply. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
